In this article we have given the one year trends of 30 year FRM, 5/1 ARM: Initial interest rates, 15 Year FRM and 1 Year ARM: Initial Interest rates and 1 year & 5/1 ARMs: Fully Indexed Rate.

Following the above graph which starts from 13th June 2008 as you can see that 30 Year FRM was at 6.25%, while that of 15 year FRM, 5/1 ARM: Initial interest rates , 1 year and 5/1 ARMs: Fully Indexed Rate and 1 Year ARM: Initial Interest rates were at 5.75%,5.65%,5.05% & 5.05% respectively.

After that, the rates of above mentioned ARMs and FRMs rises a bit and then fall and then after 25th July 2008, the rates rises up to a small limit, after that we can see very short ups and downs up till 5th September 2008.

After this date we can see a considerable decrease in the rates but soon after 19th September the rates rises, after that we can see quite big ups and downs in the rates of all ARMs and FRMs except 1 Year ARM: Initial Interest rates whose ups and downs in rates were not that much big as compared to the rates of others. After 31st October 2008 we can see a great fall in the rates up till 9th January 2009 and after that we can see small ups and downs in the rates till 29th May 2009 and after this date again we can see a rise in the rates.
